Who You Are

  • You have a track record of introducing novel business opportunities that are synergistic with the company’s existing operations and potentially provide entry into new areas of strategic focus. 
  • You have a track record in building long-term relationships and/or a deal sheet which demonstrates ability to lead a search & evaluation function and contribute to successfully executing transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist the executive team to deliver proposals and develop relationships with customers. Work with each team member to acquire and close new and existing projects. 
  • Provide guidance to executive team regarding targeting, account management planning and setting of yearly goals. 
  • Oversee and deliver robustness in funnel/pipeline for new and existing business. Oversee and drive compliance with sales tools. 
  • Work with the executive team to establish wins and revenue targets for team members and manage the funnel size and win rates to support target achievement. 
  • Analyze metrics to determine best path to BD goals and steer team to alternative paths to achievement as necessary. 
  • Lead the company and work with the executive team to deliver Go To Market strategies for new programs. 
  • Participate in key exhibits and conferences to engage in industry events and network with key clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales team management 
  • Analytical, financial skills, business acumen
  • Quantitative background – an undergraduate degree in math, computer science, biology, engineering or equivalent 
  • Relevant digital healthcare industry knowledge 
  • Foundational technical knowledge of healthcare research, including hospital processes and procedures preferred 
  • Startup experience preferred 

Expectations

  • 3-6 Months
    • Take ownership of Secure AI Labs’ pipeline and update sales playbooks 
    • Initialize 2-3 internal strategy discussions for 2-3 targeted lead generation campaigns complete with metrics of success 
  • 12 Months
    • Create a pipeline with 3-5 likely to close deals with Data Consortia/Patient Advocacy Groups 
Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Executive Team to deliver SaaS proposals and develop relationships with customers.
  • Prepare and give technical presentations to customers.
  • Work with customers and Engineers to ensure the platform meets the system requirements.
  • Communicate with the Executive team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
  • Plan for modifications to the platform to meet consumer demands.
  • Develop the sales pipeline to acquire new SaaS projects with new and existing clients.
  • Support business strategy and implement new sales strategies to assist with lead generation.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to take notes, add to sales pipeline software (HubSpot) and draft responses to questions or action items.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field
  • 3-5 years of sales, marketing, business, communications, or entrepreneurship experience
  • Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced team environment

Job Description

SAIL is building a Federated Patient Registry platform deployed across a distributed network of privacy-preserving Federated Learning and Analytics computational nodes. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in distributed computing within a data science setting, and solid experience with federated learning to come and join our computational help and help us develop, implement, test and deploy our next generation secure computational platform.

Responsibilities

  • Bring knowledge and experience into the development and implementation a solid architecture for our next generation distributed secure computational platform
  • Author specification documents and end-user documentation

Required Experience

  • Experience working with distributed computing techniques for data analytics and federated learning in a production setting
  • Experience with data science and machine learning workflows using Python API
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

The ability to communicate and collaborate is critical since the candidate will have to continuously interface with other members of the software development team as well as UX designers.

Although the initial responsibilities of the candidate will be focused on web development, all of our software developers are expected to grow and flourish into different roles in the future.
